Welcome to the Redd application (hereinafter referred to as “the App”). We highly value your personal information and privacy protection. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your data. Please read it carefully before using the App.

收集的个人信息范围与目的 Scope and Purpose of Collected Data：

1. 账户注册信息 Account Registration Info：手机号、昵称、性别、生日、头像等，用于注册、登录与身份识别。
2. 身份识别信息（可选） Sensitive Identity Info (Optional)：HIV 状态、性取向、性角色等，用于个性化推荐和匹配。
3. 位置信息 Location Info：仅在授权后，用于匹配附近用户和提供基于位置的功能。
4. 使用行为信息 Usage Behavior：浏览记录、聊天记录、举报记录等，用于产品优化和安全风控。
5. 设备信息 Device Info：包括 GAID、Android ID、OAID、MAC 地址、硬件序列号、厂商与系统版本等，用于设备识别、防作弊和性能优化。
6. Cookies 与本地存储 Cookies and Local Storage：保存登录状态和推荐习惯。
7. 第三方 SDK 信息 Third-Party SDK Info：集成的 SDK 可能收集 GAID、Android ID、安装列表、设备厂商信息等。

重要声明 Important Notice：

• 信息仅用于服务提供、账户安全、优化与合规。
• 所有收集均需您明确同意，遵循“最小必要原则”，并遵守适用法律法规。
• 未经授权，不会收集 IMEI、IMSI、MAC、安装列表等敏感信息。

三、敏感信息特别说明 ​

3. Special Note on Sensitive Information ​

1. HIV 状态、性取向、性角色等信息将加密存储，未经您授权不会展示。
   HIV status, sexual orientation, and related data are encrypted and never displayed without consent.
2. 您可随时修改或删除此类信息。
   You may modify or delete such information at any time.
3. 未经单独授权，我们不会用于用户画像或精准营销。
   Without explicit consent, we will not use it for profiling or targeted marketing.
4. 聊天内容与闪照说明 Chat Content and Ephemeral Photos 用户发送的闪照（一次性照片）在客户端展示后会自动失效，但服务器将在加密状态下临时存储 7 天，仅用于防止滥用行为、处理用户举报，以及在法律法规要求下配合监管部门进行合法审查。
   Ephemeral photos sent by users will disappear after being viewed on the client side. However, they will be temporarily stored in encrypted form on the server for up to 7 days, solely for abuse prevention, handling user reports, and complying with lawful regulatory requests.

四、第三方 SDK 收集与使用规则 ​

4. Third-Party SDKs ​

为实现推送、扫码、定位等功能，本 App 集成了以下 SDK：
The App integrates the following SDKs for push, location, or QR scanning features:

所有 SDK 均在用户同意后才初始化，并遵守最小化收集原则及法律法规。
All SDKs initialize only after user consent and comply with the principle of minimal data collection and applicable privacy laws.

五、我们如何共享、转让与披露您的信息 ​

5. Sharing, Transfer, and Disclosure ​

我们不会共享或出售您的任何信息，除非：
We do not share or sell your data except when:

1. 经您明确同意；
   You have explicitly consented;
2. 法律或政府机关要求；
   Required by law or government authorities;
3. 与合作伙伴共享以提供必要服务（如短信验证），合作方需承担同等级保护义务。
   Shared with trusted partners for essential services (e.g., SMS verification), who must follow equivalent security obligations.

数据仅在中国大陆境内处理和存储。
All data is processed and stored within mainland China.

六、我们如何保护您的信息安全 ​

• 使用 HTTPS 加密通信；
  HTTPS encryption in data transmission.
• HIV 状态等敏感信息使用 AES 加密；
  AES encryption for sensitive data such as HIV status.
• 密码采用不可逆算法存储；
  Passwords are irreversibly hashed.
• 实施严格访问控制与安全审计。
  Strict access control and audit mechanisms in place.

如发生数据泄露，我们将在 72 小时内通报用户并上报主管机关。
In case of a data breach, users will be notified within 72 hours, and authorities will be informed.

七、您如何管理您的信息 ​

7. How You Can Manage Your Data ​

1. 修改资料 Modify Profile：在“我的资料”中修改信息。
2. 隐私设置 Privacy Controls：设置 HIV 状态、位置等可见性。
3. 账号注销 Delete Account：申请后 15 个工作日内彻底删除数据，法律规定保留除外。
   Data will be permanently deleted within 15 working days after application, except for legally required retention.
4. 撤回授权 Withdraw Consent：关闭位置或推送权限，同时停止 SDK 数据收集。
   Disable location or push permissions and stop SDK data collection.
5. SDK 管理 SDK Control：关闭推送可停止第三方 SDK 收集。
   Disabling push stops third-party SDK data collection.

八、未成年人保护 ​

8. Protection of Minors ​

本 App 不面向 18 岁以下用户。若发现未成年人使用，我们将注销账号。
The App is not intended for users under 18. Accounts of minors will be deleted if detected.

九、政策更新 ​

9. Policy Updates ​

我们可能定期更新本政策，更新后立即生效。继续使用视为接受修改。
We may update this policy periodically; continued use implies acceptance of the updated policy.

   This App is independently developed and operated by Beijing Chuangzhixin Network Technology Co., Ltd., with no association with Apple Inc. Apple does not participate in its design, development, testing, operation, content management, or sponsorship.

2. Android 版本声明 Android Version Statement
   本应用的 Android 版本由各应用市场（如 Google Play、华为、小米、OPPO、vivo 等）提供下载，仅提供分发渠道，不承担应用内容及用户行为责任。
   The Android version is distributed by app stores (e.g., Google Play, Huawei, Xiaomi, OPPO, vivo) and only provides distribution channels. They are not responsible for the App content or user behavior.
